Racket Sports Fitness Classes
Priyank, a skilful badminton and tennis member of the club, will be leading a new session that will be starting from Saturday 14th September. Please make sure you change into non-marking indoor shoes upon arrival. You may also want to bring a mat/towel for any activities and exercises that will be happening on the floor. Don't forget your water bottle because you will be sweating a lot!

Hi all,
I will be starting some weekly fitness classes tailored to racket sports, where we can work on cardiovascular endurance and resistance training, speed and agility, as well as balance and flexibility (injury prevention). The classes are aimed at all abilities!
The classes would run from 8-8:45am on a Saturday. The official launch is on Saturday 14th September and will be FREE of charge. If this is something that you would be interested in, then please let me know by replying to this email!
Location: South Croydon Sports Club (Badminton Hall)
Timings: Saturdays, 8-8:45am
Cost: First class on Saturday 14th FREE. £8 thereafter
